Sony Device Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is committed to comply with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) which includes Labor, Health and Safety, Environment, Ethics and Management System.

The company has accepted the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and used it as a guideline for the company as follows:

The company is committed to uphold the human rights of workers, and to treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the internal community, and according to various requirements, both of customers and the society. This applies to all workers, both directly employed workers and other types of worker, to promote the quality of life for employees.

B. Health and Safety

The company is committed to ensure the safety of employees in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management system and various requirements of local laws, the parent company, customers, and the society.

C. Environment

The company is committed and aware of the environmental responsibility from the company’s business operations, where the company must reduce the environmental impact to the community and natural resources and must protect the health and safety of the public in accordance with local law requirements, including the Environmental Management system ISO 14001 and the Global Environment Management System (GEMS), which is the parent company’s requirements and the requirements of customer and the society.

D. Ethics

The company is committed to comply with the Sony Group Code of Conduct the requires management employees employed by the company, both directly and indirectly, to adhere to the standards in their everyday work, including local laws and requirements of customer and the society.

E. Management systems

The company is committed to implement the existing policies in the organization effectively by defining responsibilities or providing a management system that supports the RBA Code of Conduct.
This is in accordance with local laws, regulations of the parent company, customer requirements, and the assessment and prevention of operational risks in the connection with this Code of Conduct and are updated continuously.
